Lan joins the consulting practice in Southeast Asia as a Director in Human Capital Practice. She is based in Vietnam and is responsible for leading the country’s Human Capital Practice as well as expand Deloitte Consulting’s footprint in the Human Capital space across Vietnam. Lan has led the sales teams and consulting projects across Vietnam and interacted with a wide range of clients.

Lan is an experienced management consultant with more than 20 years of Human Capital industry experience working in strategic HR, Organisation and HR transformation engagements.
