TALENTPOOL’S COMPANIONSHIP WITH VIETNAM-ISRAEL COOPERATION ON HI-TECH AGRICULTURE
TalentPool honorably connected the cooperation between Vietnam and Israel in the project of implementing hi-tech agriculture. On 6th March, Israel delegation including Mr. Eran Plotkin (CEO of P.MARON company and an expert of agriculture), Mr. Noam Friedman (Manaing Director of Nativ Solutions company) and Ms. Einat Halevy Lenin - (senior Israel consultant) visited Ha Giang province and worked with the local government about the promising cooperation opportunity.
During the day, provincial leaders welcomed Israel delegation to visit some agricutural and modern model of production in Ha Giang. To carry out this project, the provincial leaders summarised some information about natural conditions and potential for agriculture development. For example: production of high-tech farms associated with ecotourism in Quyet Tien commune (Quan Ba) and 3 communes of Ha Giang city; watering orange orchards with high technology of Israel in Bac Quang with an area of 5ha; finding the way to treat the water sources in reservoirs in the Northern highland districts.
In the afternoon, they visited the joint- stock company of Agriculture, Forestry and Environment Development in Vi Xuyen district. In this place, the herbs were cultivated before planting in Ha Giang.
After that, the delegation visited water reservoir providing for people in Quang Ba commune and Quang Tien high quality agricultural area.
In the end of working day with Ha Giang Provincial Committee, the delegation Israel and Ha Giang provincial leaders agreed on signing an MOU, which will be proceed further in the following week. Israel decided to support Ha Giang province to develop an automatic irrigation system for orange orchards, water treatment systems and planning of research centers high quality agriculture combined with ecotourism. The meeting took place successfully in the hope of achieving such cooperation.
